Condolence From: Matt Rich
Condolence: Gram left us a few short weeks ago. I have had some time to reflect on her impact in my life. Some of my earliest memories are of spending time with Gram in Pittsburgh. I easily remember the incline, paddle boat, sparklers, and playing golf in the back yard. Just as easy comes my memories of tickling her feet to wake her up in the morning when she came to visit in New York. My favorite past time with gram was honing my wit and feeding my lust for cheap puns (something my 7 year old son has developed a love for). She was sharp as a tack and I loved the shine in her eyes when I found a clever thought or comment that earned her admiration. Gram aged gracefully and lived her life on her terms. She was a determined woman whose love for Pop (her soulmate) is a recipe for any successful marriage. She was a testament to true love and dedication. My family and I have been visiting Great Gram (now GG) for the last few years. She was always at her best when her great grandchildren knocked on her door. Jonah and Sawyer loved their time with GG and made a point of picking and orange from her tree with each visit. Sadly, the boys will pick their last orange later this month. It will be with heavy hearts as Gram will not be there to share the experience. We will miss Gram in the short term. God has provided for her and she again is with her soulmate. We to will come. Till then, we love you Gram and want you to know that we will see you again soon. You will know when we get there because I'll say "knock knock." You'll say "who's there." I'll say "banana"......well you know the rest because the tree is full of them out back. Love you Gram. Miss you for right now.

Love Always,

Matt

Condolence: I miss you Gram. I will continue to tell my daughters all about your humor, your glamour, your love of music and fun. In my eyes, you’ll be remembered as a big- smiled goddess who always had my back. I’ll be seeing you......
